It is true we are friendly to the earth, but also being friendly to the earth means being friendly to our neighbors. We support purchasing from local businesses and products that are Made in the USA. The way we see it is when you make a purchase you are saying yes I like your product but I also believe in the way your company is doing business. While we are not perfect…yet, we have spent some time researching and trying to make the best decisions for all of us, not just make money.
Our Greenware “plastic” cups are actually made from corn! –They are made by a company called Greenware in the USA and own by Fabri-kal, a privately owned United States Company that started the good old fashion hard way and through lots have work have been successful. MADE IN THE USA
We use PIERCE BROTHERS COFFEE Roasters….Organic, Local, Fair Trade, Air Roasted, Low Acid, and Kosher Certified. What more can you say other than their coffee also tastes amazing! Based out of Greenfield, Ma the Pierce Brothers are amazing people.
Our Delicious Panini Bread is Made from Scratch by Chumuras in Indian Orchard.
We heart Springfield! Our Produce is supplied by Tony at AC produce, amazing group of people that are literally right down the street. Our food is supplied by PFG in Springfield, and our paper goods are supplied by Mansfield Paper in Springfield.
And my favorite…probably because I made them with a great group of carpenter friends in Pennsylvania, our booths are made from old doors, sign posts, and made in the USA pipes. Our table tops were once wire spools that were donated to us by Wireless Services.
